Los Angeles County consents to lease assignment for Marina del Rey Hotel

What Happened: The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a staff recommendation to con- sent to an assignment of lease for the Marina del Rey Hotel, which is located at the end of Bali Way and surrounded by boat slips on three sides. The lease assign- ment applies to the 154-room hotel and marina leaseholds at Parcels 42 and 43. IWF MDRH, LLC, requires the lease assign- ment to complete a refinancing.
