PARK MANAGER’S

UPDATE: I

n opening can I offer a very warm welcome on behalf of Park Leisure in what is just our second month with you. This brief park introduction

within your magazine allows me the chance to discuss with you our work to date at Brynteg and also the focus for the next few months ahead including the summer season. Can I also say thank you for all the kind

feedback and ideas that we have received from you as to how best we can deliver the kind of 5-star experience that you want that our team are working towards. We hope you had a great time at the relaunch event for The Old Boathouse on the Lakeside on Friday 24th June 2016. Our intention was really simple in that we would like as many of our owners and families to come along to meet members of our senior team and celebrate the opening of this facility. It was great to see you all there and I hope you had a lovely time. The evening allowed us to showcase a brand new food service offering within the recently refurbished facility and the events, activities and entertainment were great. If you have any further feedback, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our ethos is simple in that we want our

holiday home parks to be the best there is and to do this we will need your help and feedback. I am sure given my experience

PARK CONTRIBUTOR:

I’m really excited to be writing my first contribution to ‘At your leisure’ as your new Customer Care Manager! Having worked at Brynteg for 10 years on and off, I was lucky enough to be offered a full time position two years ago in Reception. I have loved every minute spent at the park getting to know all the owners. My new role as Customer Care Manager will enable me to push the boundaries of customer service at Brynteg, and any feedback on what would enhance your precious leisure time spent at the park, would be greatly appreciated.

at our sister park across the Menai Strait, that once we have gained your confidence in what we want to deliver for you and have had the opportunity to show you that we are very open to your ideas on improvements and absolutely determined to deliver an outstanding outcome, you will be content that we have your best interests at heart. Offering a 5-star service for us means looking at everything we do for our owners and on occasions that may require a change in what you may be used to. However be it, our holiday home suppliers; how we deliver our food service; how we organise and offer our facilities and amenities; or even how we provide entertainment and events to you, the team are committed to provide you excellence in everything we do. I see our first summer season with you as a chance to show you what we can do and for you to give us your feedback so we can continue to improve.

All the very best and here’s to a bright, shiny summer.

Paul Bayliss MBE Regional General Manager
