NEON DOOR ENTRY SYSTEMS are ideal for new builds and when replacing existing systems

Neon Secure Access Ltd design and manufacture audio and video door entry systems that feature all the functions and robustness demanded by social housing landlords. The Neon system provides many features as ‘standard’ that are considered ‘extras’ by others, including DDA AutoCall™ and SoftClose™. Neon systems have been installed in numerous Housing Trust and Local Authority properties over the last 5 years.

FREE CONSULTANCY & 3 YEAR WARRANTY

Neon does not install but can provide free consultancy, including site visits and assistance with system specification. We will work with any installer preferred by the specifier and provide full training, free of charge, to ensure a reliable working installation. Manufacturers commissioning can also be provided if required, but is not essential to obtain our industry leading, complete system, 3 year warranty. Neon provides free lifetime Technical Support to whomever the landlord chooses for ongoing service and maintenance.

REDUCED COSTS FOR REPLACEMENT SYSTEMS & MINIMAL CABLING FOR NEW INSTALLATIONS

Neon door entry systems have been designed to work with a wide variety of existing audio and video door entry handsets from many manufacturers and require minimal cabling. This has enabled us to help landlords save £1000’s on upgrades by re-using existing wiring networks and/ or telephones. Of course if all new equipment is required for a first-time install, Neon manufacture a range of audio, video and cordless handsets to suit most specifications.

NEON DOOR ENTRY SYSTEMS PROVIDE OVER 20 YEARS LIFE

Neon door entry systems have proven reliability - so how long could you expect a new Neon system to last?

Our design team has been designing door entry systems since 1981. Many of those systems installed in the 80’s and 90’s are still in service today in places such as Manchester, Sheffield and London. For this reason we confidently expect that a new Neon system installed today will provide reliable service for at least 20 years.

THE NEON ‘LIFE EXPECTANCY PLEDGE’

Neon pledge that should any of their systems, less than 20 years old, be considered un-repairable, they will provide free technical advice and, if required, on-site assistance to determine why the system is not working and compile a report and plan of how to return it to full working order. This pledge is not dependent on following any prescribed, pre-arranged ‘Scheduled Maintenance Plan’ nor is it dependent on having had the system commissioned by the manufacturer. Landlords can invoke this pledge at anytime if their service provider tells them that a system is ‘not repairable’ within 20 years of installation.

LOWEST COST OF OWNERSHIP

With a minimum of 20 years life, choosing Neon Door Entry Systems will provide the lowest cost of ownership over the system’s lifetime, compared with other systems currently available.
