• Bullitt Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing and largest privately-owned technology companies, has appointed Peter Stephens as CEO, effective January 1. Stephens has replaced the three co-CEOs: Richard Wharton, Colin Batt (founder CEO who has attended The Business Magazine’s latest Southern Entrepreneurs and Thames Valley 250 dinners) and Dave Floyd, who all continue as directors on the board with a remit to realise strategic opportunities in adjacent sectors, while supporting the overall Group’s development and growth. Stephens joined from Virgin Group where he was a partner in the investment team; heading the telecoms and media investments and strategy for the Group; and serving on several Virgin company boards.
• Kevin Wood has been appointed as head of office for Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) in Oxford. He joined from Knight Frank in 2012 and has most latterly been responsible for re- establishing and growing the LSH agency provision
throughout Oxfordshire as head of agency. With 12 years of agency experience, Wood has advised major occupiers such as Trip Advisor, Smeg UK and South and Vale District Councils on their HQ relocations and is handling instructions such as Abingdon Business Park, Westcott Venture Park and Harwell campus. The outgoing head of office David Gilbert, who has successfully managed the office tripling in size during his tenure, will be concentrating on his new national role as head of standards and practice for LSH, alongside his specialist consultancy services on dilapidations and dispute resolution.
• NatWest has appointed a dedicated sector leader to oversee technology and IT businesses. Roland Emmans, who will be based in Reading and Southampton, has over 20 years‘ banking experience and takes the role as business development lead for the technology sector, supporting businesses across the UK. He will work alongside technology, media and telecoms sector head Neil Bellamy, offering specialist support to the bank‘s relationship management teams as well as specialist IT and technology businesses.
• Award-winning law firm Gardner Leader has recruited again, appointing the highly- acclaimed corporate lawyer, Diane Yarrow, as partner. Yarrow brings 14 years' experience in corporate and commercial law. She joins Gardner Leader's growing team in Maidenhead and will add further strength and depth to the firm's seven-strong corporate and commercial team based in Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead. Part of her role will be to assist Richard Buckeridge, partner and head of the Maidenhead office, in growing the firm's commercial team and services in line with the needs of the local business community,
• Barclays has announced the appointment of Ian Workman to the role of managing director, strengthening its South East business and corporate banking team. Workman will lead a team of 400 relationship managers and directors across the region responsible for Barclays business and corporate customers and clients, from startups to FTSE 250 companies. Workman has been with Barclays for 26 years having started his career as a new entrant in a small branch in West Wales and then worked across the UK in a variety of relationship and leadership roles.

• Top 20 motor retail group Ridgeway has appointed Lee Rabjohn to the newly-created role of head of group fleet. His extensive experienced will strengthen the Ridgeway team and enable it to fulfil its strategic ambitions in this key area. He has over 18 years' automotive manufacturer experience, having worked for the Volkswagen Group for the past 11 years and, prior to that, spent seven years with the Ford Motor Company. He has also held a number of senior positions including national contract hire and leasing manager and regional fleet sales manager.
• Specialist family lawyer Andrew Nellist has joined Hedges Law, which has offices in the centre of Oxford and in Wallingford. He brings with him a wealth of experience in dealing with divorce and children issues for a wide range of clients including well-known personalities and sports stars. Nellist also specialises in dealing with divorces involving the complex division of businesses, farms and pensions.
