The South Coast Property Awards – the new awards launched this year by The Business Magazine – are now supported by the three property groups for the region, covering Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth
And with sponsorship already confirmed from Vail Williams, JLL, NatWest and Coffin Mew and Barton Willmore, the SCPA is building momentum. More sponsors will be announced in the coming weeks.
Southampton Property Association, Portsmouth Property Association and Bournemouth Property Association have all agreed to support the SCPA.
Developers, agents, occupiers, consultants and professionals will gather for the celebration of commercial and residential property success in the Solent region at Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton, on July 7.
Entries open on February 8 and close on May 5 for what will be a hotly-contested campaign. Finalists who attend the gala dinner will be entertained by Tiff Needell (pictured), television presenter and former F1 racing driver, who will be the evening‘s master of ceremonies.

Among firms already booking tables are Lambert Smith Hampton, Trethowans, Santander and Clarke Willmott. The event is expected to be supported by property specialists from across Hampshire and Dorset.
The Business Magazine decided to launch SCPA following the success of the Thames Valley Property Awards, which in just two years has grown to a major event attended by 500-plus property specialists.
”The SCPA covers the whole Solent region – so we are expecting entries from Weymouth in the west to Chichester in the east, and right up to Winchester and Andover. We have already confirmed some excellent sponsors and more will be announced in our February issue.”
