Integrated Medicine and has become known for uncovering health issues that have plagued people for years. His nickname, “the Blood Detective,” came from a grateful patient who finally found relief at Integrated Medicine, Wald says. “My team and I have developed an organized approach to each of our patients,” he says. “A careful health history and my Blood Detective lab tests and patent-pending Blood Detective computer technol- ogy help me develop individual food plans and supplement suggestions based on the unique biochemistry of those I work with. Natural approaches that are not based upon individuals often fall short of optimizing healing efforts.”

he Dreaming Goddess store, in Poughkeepsie, has opened a new satellite location, Dreaming Goddess (DG) Sanctuary,

at 2 Lagrange Avenue, Suite 215, right around the corner from the store. This new space will be home to a number of classes, workshops and circles, allowing owner Rhianna Mirabello to engage more with the local community. After hosting many classes and events from her home,

Mirabello decided it was time to move the DG Sanctuary to a more convenient location. Upcoming class series and gather- ings include Tarot Soul Speak, Munay-Ki Rites, New Moon Manifestation and the Women’s Full Moon Gathering. “In the near future, the DG Sanctuary will also add Pagan Crafting nights, as well as other unique workshops to offer the commu- nity and provide a safe space to connect, create and explore different outlets to nourish the soul,” says Mirabello.

illtop Hanover Farm, in Yorktown Heights, is currently taking orders for Thanksgiving Organic Vegetable Baskets.

Each contains prepackaged farm-grown, seasonal, organic vegetables for four to eight people along with recipes. Baskets will be available for pick up from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., November 24, at the Farm Stand, which will be open, selling vegetables, honey, maple syrup, gift baskets, pies, pasta, Cara-Sel salted caramel and many other delicious items. “Thanksgiving Vegetable Baskets have become part of the

holiday tradition for many families in Westchester and beyond. Celebrating with a table of seasonal, local vegetables harkens back to pilgrim times and brings historic depth to Thanksgiving festivities,” explains Farm Director Lucille Munz. Individuals interested in Farm Share can become new mem- bers for the 2017 season beginning November 1 by purchasing shares. The early commitment allows the farm to plan, plant and grow. Members will share the harvest from June through October, choosing either Tuesday or Thursday as their preferred pick-up day. The Hilltop Farm Share is offered farm-stand style, allowing members to choose which vegetables they want to bring home.

Cost: $50 baskets, $700 2017 Farm Share. Location: 1271 Hanover St. For more information or to place an order, visit HilltopHanoverFarm.org or stop by the office/stand.
