C3 - algebraic fractions, functions, exponential and log functions, numerical methods, transforming graphs, trigonometry, trigonometric identities and differentiation.
Assessment: 1½ hr written exam in June.
C4 - partial fractions, coordinate geometry, binomial expansion, differentiation, vectors and integration. Assessment: 1½ hr written exam in June.
D1 - algorithms, graphs and networks, algorithms on graphs, the route inspection problem, critical path analysis, linear programming, matchings and flows in networks.
Mathematics is about pattern and structure; it is about logical analysis, deduction, calculation within these patterns and structures.
34 Assessment: 1½ hr written exam in June.
M1 - mathematical modelling, kinematics, dynamics, statics, moments, vectors. Assessment: 1½ hr written exam in June.
