• Anne-Marie Hojnacki, who heads up capacity development, better known as driver recruiting. Hojnacki had signed on with Wallace and Grojean’s Riverside Transport in Kansas City and was with that firm for a month before joining Wallace in Russellville after the TLI purchase was made.


• Brad Heisterkamp, one of the young- est trucking execs at 33 years old, the vice president of operations. He previ- ously worked for CRST.


• Tim Pool, a native of the area, and considered the rookie of the group. Pool worked for years as an accoun- tant for Alltel Corp. and its spinoffs before joining Transco Lines last May as chief financial officer.
