Finding new ways to satisfy our appetite to make Christmas Day dinner memorable.


Christmas comes but once a year, and for those less-than-confident cooks, that’s a blessing!


Serving up a show-


stopping “meal of the year” is enough to send the best of us running from the kitchen. In fact, a recent survey shows the average British woman doesn’t even attempt her first Christmas


dinner until the age of 34.


But keep your


cool. The trick here is to start planning early and be brave. That same survey found nearly half felt a real sense of achievement when finally dishing up the Christmas dinner, with 28% told by their partner it was “better than their mum’s”.


So where to start? For 76% of us it’s with a


traditional roast turkey, with 25 million of us following it up with Christmas pud. So, for many, it’s about making it memorable — and where better to buy the best than here in the Garden of England? Or if you
