Natural Nutmeg is looking for a responsible van driver to deliver magazines from our Newington, Connecticut storage unit to our storage unit in Portland, Maine. Route is bimonthly and occurs the last week of June, August, October, December, February, and April.
REQUIREMENTS • Valid driver’s license • Good driving record with no traffi c violations • Must be able to represent our company in a professional manner
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Pick up in van in Portland, ME and drive to Newington, CT
• Approximately 15,000 magazines in 25 magazine bundles will need to be manually loaded into van in Newington, CT
• Drive to Portland, Maine • Pay all appropriate tolls
(toll expenses reimbursed with receipts) • Meet Distribution Point Person at Maine storage facility • Help manually transfer magazines into Distribution Point Person’s vehicle • Manually load the remaining magazines in the Maine storage facility • Return van with full tank of gas to Portland ME U-Haul location within 24 hr. period (gas expenses reimbursed with receipts)
