Wanda Cleveland, Fast Track Mobile, LLC

Wanda Cleveland

Welcome BACK to DATIA! Why did you decide to renew your membership with DATIA? As a DATIA member with

my previous employer, it was a no-brainer to continue a membership for my own company. DATIA provides real-time information on new developments within the industry and offers ongoing educa- tional courses and certifications to help businesses stay up-to-date. DATIA membership provides my

company, Fast Track Mobile, LLC (FTM), with a one-stop-shop for keeping up with drug and alcohol testing news and regula- tions thus saving us valuable time that is best spent on providing our clients with quality service. FTM is commited to providing cost

effective door-to-door/on-site testing services coupled with its ‘Precision meets Integrity’ guarantee.

What has been your favorite membership benefit since being a part of DATIA? DATIA eNews and website are vital tools in keeping FTM educated and informed on developments within the drug test- ing industry. Te ability to access this information at our convenience, either via the DATIA website or its DATIA focus magazine, is an added plus.

Tell us about your company and your role there. FTM is a 100 percent minority- and female- owned business offering South Jersey’s Cumberland and surrounding counties proficient and accurate door- to-door/on-site drug and alcohol testing services. Owner Wanda Cleveland, pictured here, has 15 years’ experience in the drug testing industry. After, serving 25 years in the medical field, with the last fifteen years employed as an MRO-A and workers’ compensation case manager for a busy Occupational Health office, Wanda decided it was time to leave the corporate world. August 2013 marked FTM’s humble

beginning. Te desire to provide cost- effective solutions while upholding the highest professional standards for drug testing services became the exact impetus behind the startup of Fast Track Mobile, LLC. Te venture comes as mandatory drug testing increasingly becomes an issue across the country coupled with employer concerns regarding legalized medicinal and recreational marijuana. FTM provides Department of Trans-

portation (DOT) and non-federal drug testing/collection services, which include urine, saliva, hair and evidential breath alcohol testing in compliance with DOT/ NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). Clients vary from, but are not limited to, small business owners, large corporations, educational facili- ties, local and county agencies, insurance companies, state family and child service agencies and lawyers representing various

cases requiring mandatory drug and/or alcohol testing. FTM provides its clients with cost effective testing services, 24/7 secure web based access to results, MIS and statistical reports, Drug and Alcohol Random Program Management and also serves as a Tird-Party-Collector (TPC) for other service providers.

What does your company hope to gain from this membership? Exposure is vital to any new business. DATIA’s tools to help market FTM’s services with its unique Online Search- able Industry Directory, is an added plus to getting FTM noticed as a service provider in the drug testing industry. As business grows, so will the need to in- crease staff while maintaining the integ- rity of FTM’s services. DATIA’s certifica- tion and accreditation programs will play a major role in helping FTM maintain its guarantee of ‘Precision meets Integrity’.

What do you wish other people knew about your company that they may not know? Although our business plan includes

a future brick and mortar location and a mobile unit, at this time FTM operates as a ‘door-to-door/on-site’ drug and alcohol testing company with scheduled hours of operation of: Monday-Friday 5:00am-10:00pm and Saturday 7:00am- 1:00pm and is affiliated with collection facilities and Urgent Care centers across the country for unscheduled/urgent testing needs. ❚
