Dunblane Rambling Club

The Club meet once a fortnight, on Sundays, and use their own cars sharing the cost of the transport. The winter programme normally has low level walks within easy travelling distance. In summer we go further and higher!

All walks (except where noted in the programme) leave Dunblane at 9am from the car park by Tesco.

Depending on the weather conditions or problems encountered on the recce, walks may be changed at short notice and replaced with an alternative.

Membership costs are as follows and are payable at the start of the season (May 1st): single £3, Family £5. It is club policy not to bring your dog on the walk.

Questions about the walks programme, joining the club or any other matters, should be addressed to: the Chairman, Ray Kent on 01786 832 158 or the Walks Convenor, Eric Howman on 01259 742 889

The 4th/85th Dunblane Scout Group wish to thank all those involved in our annual fundraising events.

The Scout Post and Santa’s Sleigh in December and more recently our annual Coff ee Morning and Raffl e have raised fantastic sums which will be used to support many activities for our young people, train our leaders in essential First Aid

and other skills and maintain our Scout Hut. We are also donating some of the funds to local Guide Dog Training, The Dunblane First Responders and to Clare House, Dunblane.

“We appreciate all the support from local businesses, families, and our young people. Thank you”
