Other news to bring you is our best ever small motorbike rates! As the weather is warming up more people are using their motorbikes more regularly. We’ve cut our rates on all motorbikes of 250cc or lower to offer you a great deal! We can offer 3rd party cover on a 250cc bike from as little as €190*. The Royal British Legion Torrevieja Branch
We look after ex service personnel and non ex service members and their families when needed who join our Branch, and organise various functions and meals out on a regular basis. Our membership fee is only 23 Euros per year, we have a welfare offi cer who visits sick people either at home or in hospital and a Social Secretary who organises various events during the year and trips out. We meet on the second Friday of the month (except July/Aug) 6.30pm for 7pm at Casa Ventura Restaurant, San Luis, (San Luis Bowls Club) for meeting and social after with entertainment. You would be very welcome to attend and see what we do.
We also have a Bowls Section who play at San Luis every Thursday and Saturday afternoons
at 2pm, playing friendly matches against other clubs at home or away. Our main aim is to raise funds for the “Poppy Appeal” which happens in November each year. We cover quite a large area of the Costa Blanca, which includes Guardamar del Segura, Quesada, Torrevieja, Algorfa and the surrounding areas. We are the oldest Branch in Spain, and we are now into our 26th year and have approx 135 members at present, and hope to welcome many more members in the future.
