The whole operation is computer- controlled using software designed to suit customers’ requirements. The bhsl Toploader is an extremely versatile system and can be installed in purpose-built constructions, retro-fi tted into existing buildings or designed as a stand-alone, covered unit.


A full advisory service, including a full 4.5 metre test bhsl Toploader facility for moving fuels that may not have been previously encountered, is offered to clients by the company. It also supports clients that may wish to install the system using their own civil and electrical engineers, and will provide full installation and electrical installation manuals and guidance to allow this work to be carried out. All bhsl Toploaders are tested prior to shipment and are given a 12-month warranty. They can be supplied in sizes of 2, 4 and 6 metres designed to deal with all types and volumes of biofuels, providing durable and reliable service with low energy consumption.


A number of optional upgrades to the basic system are also available from bhsl. These include CCTV, remote monitoring and interventions by bhsl technicians, customer access to the bhsl Toploader operations screen and an operation and maintenance contract.
