Plan and exercise regularly - plan a regular day & time when you do exercise, to avoid the “I’ll do it tomorrow” excuse we all use sometimes.
Make exercise fun – why not combine it with some social time with friends by attending a gym or fitness classes together? Or join a sports club and meet new friends?
Some breakfast ideas:
Omelette or Scrambled Eggs: 2 eggs with added ingredients, to taste – e.g. mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and feta.
Yogurt & Berries: Fruit Smoothie:
Small pot 0% fat Greek yogurt with fresh berries, 2 tbsp muesli & 2 tsp ground flax seed.
0% fat Greek yogurt, mixed berries (frozen are great!) & skimmed or soya milk.
