2 Hover Ring TM
The Hover Ring, which has been specially adapted for schools, is a mini hovercraft, which moves on a cushion of air produced by an electronic motor. It has three different settings to accommodate all types of fl ooring, whether wooden, concrete or carpeted gym fl oors. Once switched on, the power will operate for 20 seconds allowing plenty of time to aim and send the Hover Ring. If time runs out, simply tap to restart the motor. Hover Rings can be launched by hand, using the pushers provided in the pack or with the inside of the foot. Flashing, multi coloured LED lights are built in to provide even more interest and fun.
Each Hover Ring has a dense foam skirt for protection and to allow the craft to bounce off other Hover Rings, walls and benches. This allows a multitude of new games which involve rebounds, angles and other dimensions. Physics and maths can be incorporated too as children will enjoy experimenting with the force required for movement, rebounding, return angles and coeffi cients of friction to name just a few! Manufactured from tough ABS plastic they are designed to stand up to continual use.
Each Hover Ring measures 175mm in diameter and lasts for 1 hour of continuous use on the top speed (actual playing time longer) and can be recharged using the unit supplied.
