he Negotiator, in association with Digital Property Group, recently off ered agents the chance to show
off their photography skills and win three state of the art cameras. The competition was part of the launch of the
Digital Property Group’s new branded window stickers. The challenge was to capture images around the theme, ‘Wherever I lay my hat is my home’, which could include people, property or both. The winning shot, judged by representatives from
DPG and The Negotiator, was taken by Richard Bingham of Batcheller Monkhouse in East Sussex. This great photo was of a beautifully glossed blue
front door and entrance hall belonging to a rental property in Battle. Richard won a Nikon D3100 18-55vr Kit.
The runner up was Ben South from Chandlers in
Hertfordshire, who won a Canon Powershot A3300 IS digital compact for his image of his nephew, Oscar. The third prize was a Kodak Mini Pocket Waterproof
video camera won by Rotherham-based Your Move franchisee Matthew Furness for his Mews image. The prizes were presented to the winners by DPG
Account Managers in March. Sheraz Dar, Marketing Director, DPG says, “We were delighted with the response to the competition and to present the winners with their prizes. Our new window stickers have also been very well received – their impactful design ensures that agents can inform potential vendors and landlords as to how they will market their properties if instructed.” Digital Property Group has also given ten prizes
to sales and letting agents so far this year, through a year-long scheme rewarding agent customers who email in a picture of the updated DPG point of sale on display in their branches. One recent winner, Luther Stone, Director at Hampshire agent Godfrey Charles says: “Having only signed up to Digital Property Group a few months ago, it was a lovely surprise to win the window sticker competition. The £100 vouchers are really appreciated and it’s nice to be able to share this prize with my staff .” ●
