New Homes Sales & Marketing Manager
Due to the expansion of our Land and New Homes Department we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The role is predominantly field based covering both the Surrey and London areas. Suitable applicants will have had several years experience working for a developer or an estate agent either as a Field Sales Manager or as a Site Sales Manager on a large high profile development. As well as a proven sales record, the suitable applicant must be computer literate and have excellent
administrative skills.

Sales Manager – Marlborough With 3-5 years’ Agency experience, you’ll be adept at winning new business and leading a large team. Knowledge of the local market is essential, as are strong analytical skills and a full UK Driving Licence.
Senior Sales Negotiators – Painswick (Mat Cover), Stroud (Mat Cover), Alton With a minimum of 2 years’ Agency experience, you’ll know how to exceed sales targets. Knowledge of the local market is beneficial, but not essential. A full UK Driving Licence is a must.
Negotiators – Lettings: Caterham, Fulham, Pimlico Sales: Banbury, Barnes, Great Missenden, Hampstead, Sloane Square, Sunningdale, Tower Bridge Along with an impressive track record and at least 1 year’s Agency experience at a similar level, you’ll ideally have local market knowledge. Superb communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence are musts.
Sales Manager – New Homes, Esher (Mat Cover) £Excellent Basic + Commission + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits With experience of a similar role, you’ll be well versed in managing new homes schemes, from off-plan sales through to completion hand-overs.
Trainer – Training and Development Department, Richmond £Excellent Basic + Benefits Using your wealth of Sales and/or Lettings experience, you’ll deliver a variety of skills development training. NFOPP/ARLA qualification and previous training experience is an advantage, but not essential.
