property worth £7,729,625 since 3rd January. Our current property stock is

£3.75 million and our cheapest is £45,000 for a lock up garage. St Mawes is located at the tip


of the Roseland Peninsula, an A.O.N.B., with much National Trust property nearby. It provides a good range of small shops, banks and restaurants/hotels including the extremely popular Hotel Tresanton owned by Olga Polizzi. The area is renowned for its extremely mild climate and amongst sailing enthusiasts for the excellent waters of the Percuil River, Carrick Roads (Fal estuary) and Falmouth Bay. Cornwall is enjoying a


renaissance and off ers a range of accessible attractions including


the Eden Project, the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The Cathedral City of Truro is 10 miles away and Falmouth is accessible by road or ferry. Both of these are major centres providing shopping, commercial and schooling facilities. London Gatwick is 70 minutes by air from Newquay, by rail about 4.5 hours from Truro or 4 hours from StAustell. In a recent Halifax survey Truro


was found to be the top city in the UK, with the highest house price growth over the last 25 years at 550 per cent. Westminster was second at 522 per cent!
