City expert for Belvoir Belvoir has appointed Karen Bach as its first Non-Executive Director.

Fine strengthens team Fine has made new appointments to its senior management team. Nicola Rummery, formerly of


Freeman Forman, assumes the role of Regional Director for Fine in Kent and Sussex, based in Wadhurst. Jeremy Campbell Harris will


hold a similar position for Fine in Surrey, joining Fine from Jackson Stopps and Staff in Central London. They will work alongside


Jonathan O’Shea, formerly a Regional Director with Savills, who will oversee the creation of a new Nottingham branch and Marc Cottrell, previously with Jackson Stopps and Staff, who will manage the Fine branch in Winchester. Finally, Lee Hassan joins from a family business to run the Fine branch in Chigwell. Says Chris Charlton, “I am

Berkeleys in Poole is 21! 2012 will be a significant year for Berkeleys, celebrating their 21st anniversary. Since opening the office in Canford Cliffs village, Berkeleys has sold over 1,500 properties. In Spring 1991, when the office opened, one of the first properties sold was in Haig Avenue, it sold for £250,000; a high point at the time. That same property was sold again last year for £1.6 million. Berkeleys will celebrate its


strong association with the village by publishing a commemorative heritage photography book on the history of the area and hosting a summer exhibition: “Canford Cliffs, Poole: Heritage & History”. “We plan to make 2012 a truly
