ester Hurst has ploughed £30,000 into the refurbishment of his office, which he launched last September.
Hurst brought a Master Franchise from
Hunters Property Group to cover over 25,000 properties across Ilkley, Otley and Guiseley in Yorkshire. He instructed his award-winning interior
designer wife, Natalie, to project manage the overhaul using her company,

create a working environment that reflected the high quality of property on which he is typically instructed, steering away from agents’ traditional use of chrome and glass. George Smith, British-made furniture was used to create a homely feel, with the colours, red and blue used to reflect Hunters’ branding. Black and white framed pictures of Ilkley hang on the back wall alongside property displays. The project took six weeks to complete.
