offices on Baker Street. The post offers potential to progress and is an excellent platform to establish a career for the future. You will be responsible for driving growth in lettings and


new business, using tried and tested marketing channels as well as other strategies you have implemented. Joining a hard-working culture, you will enjoy an exciting and dynamic environment where your best endeavours will be rewarded. Applicants must have at least two years’ residential lettings


experience in Prime Central London and experience in valuing and bringing on new business, plus the drive and ambition to step into a more advanced management position. The ability to manage/mentor new negotiators and


support staff and help with training would be beneficial along with proven ability for hitting targets. You’ll need first-class negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and work with a broad range of people.
