sinergy Natural Health and Holistic Wellness has added two new clinic offices in addition to its St. Paul office.
The new offices are at the Holistic Gateway, 1415 6th Street NE, 2nd Floor, Minneapo- lis; and at The Wellness Circle, 7094 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes. Psinergy (pronounced “synergy”) will hold an open house from 5 to 8 p.m. on September 6 at the Minneapolis location. Festivities include free activities, samples and informative talks.

Seven-Day Sugar Cleanse & Workshop Offered Online

eth Schupanitz, registered nutrition consultant and certified holistic health coach, will lead a virtual work- shop on September 25 on overcom- ing sugar addictions. Following the workshop, attendees will participate in a seven-day sugar cleanse, starting September 30. Schupanitz, of Inspiring Health, in Plymouth, has been offering this program four times a year for the past three years. Participants will learn what sugar
is, what it does to the body and how to gain control over the cravings, low energy and weight gain created by sugar and processed foods.
