If I wasn’t me I’d like to be - a ball boy at Wimbledon. My retrieval skills are second to none! The food that makes me drool is - roast chicken. My friends howl when - I wrap my ball in a blanket then pounce up and down to “kill” it. It took a while but I finally trained - my parents that I should be allowed to sleep on their bed. My first date was with - adorable ‘Jessie the Westie’ ( pic above ) and what better way to break the ice than with dog beer? But she wasn’t impressed when I lapped up mine and hers too within seconds!!! Even though it was non alcoholic it was a hit with me, so was sweet Jessie. Woof!!! On cold nights I stay warm by - sleeping in the middle of the bed on cold winter nights and hogging the doona. My family says - I have changed from the timid rescue dog I was to a confident mutt about town who at the grand old age of ten is enjoying a new lease of life. I often wonder - how my family filled their time before they had me to play ball with. Life must have been pretty boring.

When I heard I was to star in DR magazine I - immediately started grooming myself so I could look my very best for the photos. My greatest achievement so far is - being the star of my own blog
atwww.sydneydogslife.com and getting to explore dog-friendly spots in and around Sydney. I am quite the adventurer these days! Also I was “ BEST DOG” at my Mum & Dad’s wedding. When they said “I do” I loudly woofed “me too!” My favourite place is - my home sweet home. No matter how great the adventure (and I am particularly partial to a car ride or trip to the beach), arriving back home still sends me into a frenzy of excitement. If I was a movie star I’d be - Sean Connery. I’m hand- some & distinguished, despite my advancing years. My nickname is - “H-Dogg” because I am super cool! My greatest wish is - I’d met my adoptive parents when I was a pup. They say that’s their greatest wish too as I’m the best thing to have happened to them….
