Geary Buchanan, Buchanan Hauling and Rigging, said he and his wife Becky remember meeting Ball at the first Annual Conference they attended. “He made us feel very comfortable and was helpful in introducing us to others,” he said.
Buchanan noted that he since has
come to regard him as a man of his word who tenaciously sticks to a task until it is accomplished. “He impressed upon all of us that government moves slowly toward change,” he said. “That was very important to know so we did not become discouraged.” SC&RA President Ron Montgomery,

Alps Completes Realignment of Facilities
> It’s a time of celebration as Alps Wire Rope Corporation completes their realignment of facilities. Alps’ Columbus Ohio warehouse moved to their new location in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania: Bobali Drive, Suite C, Harrisburg, PA 17104. The Columbus, Ohio warehouse has
been part of Alps Wire Rope Corporation for over 21 years. All of the Alps’ employees helped make the Columbus location
successful. Particularly, Rocky Chapman, a long time Alps employee who has been the heart and soul of the Columbus warehouse, successively managing the warehouse and working with customers. “Rocky is the one of the key people who has made Columbus successful and we are grateful for all of his dedication and hard work,” says Brad Benner, President of Alps Wire Rope Corporation. Rocky has been given the opportunity to move with the company and he is part of the team who is opening the new warehouse in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition, Travis Zelvik and Eric
