Baby Sleep Tips...

1. Get your baby used to falling asleep after a gentle routine such as bath, feeding, cuddles, and sleep. Adding music or smell cues can also help baby fall asleep.

2. Swaddling helps babies to feel held, stops them being woken by their own startle reflex and keeps them comfortably warm. Parents who attend BabyCalm classes are always amazed how easy it is to do.

3. Activities and strong decoration can overstimulate your baby. Take time to slow down generally during the day and remove over stimulating decoration to help your baby to relax and sleep.
