Café, in Fort Myers, food has always been one of life’s greatest joys. Pro- pelled by a strong desire to offer healthy alterna- tives to fast food, the couple opened their café with online ordering capabilities and delivery service.

“In my approach to preparing our menu items for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores, I believe that by using only the best and freshest ingredients in the right balance, eating healthy helps our body and our life come into a better sense of balance. My philosophy on food includes lots of variety, which is evident in our menu,” says Kartik, who shares that the most active ingredient
in menu items is the love that he and Shivani infuse into the food. For lunch and dinner, the café’s vegetarian and vegan paninis, wraps, combination meals and a signature Naanwich offer a creative fusion of flavors with a Califor- nia twist. Many of the recipes the Patels use
are from their homeland of India. There is a selection of fruit smoothies, as well as India’s traditional Mango Lasi for anyone with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free options are available, and the restaurant also offers catering.
