River Run will be open Easter Sun- day featuring an extra-special holi- day menu. For Easter dinner, customers can
choose from an array of entrees, such as PJ’s succulent prime rib, along with Curry-Glazed Lamb Chops with Roasted Grapes and Cranberries, Lexington-style Spring Hen or Julie’s Spiced Honey-Baked Ham. Side dishes may include As- paragus-Ham Crepes, Roasted Baby Carrots, Green Pea-and-Crisp Corn Salad, River Run Bacon-and-Ched- dar Deviled Eggs and Decadent Three-Cheese Potatoes. The meal, though, is far from complete with the main dish. Guests can choose from desserts
such as PJ’s signature White Choco- late Bread Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Crème Brûlée, Mile-High Strawberry Cake or Raspberry Cus- tard Tart. The perfect wine will be available for each course, and for a non-alcoholic beverage, try River Run Easter Peach Iced Tea. Owners Les and Julie Stevens
