2013 Oktoberfest Equi Cup™ Horse Show

Clinic participants received two days of classroom training from Mr. Deeg and then had the opportunity to put their newly learned skills into action by assisting him with the design and building of the jumper courses for the Sunday classes. was once again the site of the season finale for the Equi Cup™ horse show series. The show was held the week- end of September 28th and 29th. Saturday’s feature classes were the $1000 and $2000 Equi Cup Hunter Classics sponsored by Frey Building Contractors. These two classes had the highest participation in the series’ history. The winner of the $1000 Hunter Classic was Brooklyn Bartlett riding Beaverwoods Foxberry and Evin Ballantyne took the red ribbon in the $2000 Hunter Classic on Chilly. round. Only an OEF membership is needed and entry fees are affordable. There are no fees for ship in horses, non-showing horses or nominations fees. Each year the series looks to add new venues so horses and riders are exposed to a wide variety of locations ensuring their ongoing development.
