Within the hotel there are six elegant conference rooms which can hold meetings and events from two to 60 people. The garden room opens directly onto the terrace and into the grounds therefore offering a natural and beautiful breakout area.

The permanent marquee which opens onto the lawns can accommodate up to 300 guests

theatre style and is the ideal room for larger events. Alternatively it can be used as the perfect area to serve the refreshments, lunch or dinner. Whether you prefer a two AA rosette sit-down meal, a relaxing BBQ or an informal finger buffet, the hotel will be able to provide the perfect catering for your day.

“Overall our sample teams deliver performance by focusing on what needs to be done and getting on and doing it,” explained 3gHR's Scott Chambers. “They are clear on what success looks like and execute with commitment. They draw on each others’ known strengths and the best of them give early notice of delivery issues.

“So far so good. This is, of course what we need our teams to be doing. However, the behaviours that did not score so well are cause for concern.

“The areas that received low scores form a cluster around what behaviours occur when things are not going so well. Instead of pulling together, the sample seemed to pull apart putting personal success ahead of the teams’.
