A group of creative agency owners and industry leaders joined forces last month in Bournemouth to help creative businesses reach £1 million turnover this year.
Many CEOs and directors spend January setting themselves, and their businesses, ambitious goals to make the year ahead better than previous ones.
Established in London, creative networking group The Agency Collective is making the move to Bournemouth to share the secrets of building a £1m agency among the regional business community.
Co-founder Peter Czapp said: “The Agency Collective is all about sharing real life
experience to help other businesses achieve their goals. This isn’t textbook stuff, it’s people who have been there and done it.“
Quarterly dinner events cover support and advice which ranges from how to find and nurture talent, generating new business and managing projects more profitably.
“After the huge success of The Agency Collective in London, word spread and we were approached by a number of creative agencies in Bournemouth to open up a group here,“ added Czapp. “It was an easy decision to choose Bournemouth as the next destination and we’re delighted to have a chance to get to know some of the amazing agencies here.“
