Joshua L. Baker has joined the law firm of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C., as an associate. He received a dual J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and the Fogelman College of Business and Economics. Prior to law school, Baker served as a sergeant in the United State Marine Corps and completed two combat deployments. He will focus his legal practice in the areas of Commercial and General Civil Litigation, Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Transportation Liability Defense.
Drew Davis and Shalondra Pickford have joined Donati Law, PLLC as associates. Davis practices in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation and criminal defense. He earned his law degree from the University of Memphis in 2013. Pickford concentrates her practice in the areas of Social Security disability and employment law. Pickford earned her law degree from the University of Memphis in 2013 and her master of business administration from the University of Memphis in 2003.
Bass, Berry and Sims PLC welcomed two new associates to their Memphis offices. Angelica Fortney is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and will focus on executive compensation and employee benefits. Robin Wright joins the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and a former legislative correspondent for Senator Jon Kyl.

Sedgwick has named Jason P. Hood its chief administrative officer, in addition to executive vice president and chief legal officer. Hood oversees the legal, compliance and corporate administration groups at Sedgwick.

Shelby County Mayor Mark H. Luttrell has appointed Deputy Shelby County Attorney Marcy Ingram as interim Shelby County Attorney, beginning Jan. 1. Former Shelby County Attorney Kelly Rayne left Dec. 31 to become vice president of public policy at the Greater Memphis Chamber.
