Alpha Legal Solutions & Litigation Resource Group Announce Merger


MBA partner Alpha Legal Solutions (ALS) has merged with the Fort Smith AR-based legal technology company Litigation Resource Group (LRG) effective January 6, 2014. According to Kathy May, founder of Alpha Reporting Corporation and CEO of Alpha Legal Solutions, she expects the merging of ALS and LRG to create an anchored and synergistic litigation support company that will improve client confidence, widen their trial technology client base, and heighten the level of capability demanded by attorneys to better service their clients in trials, mediations and arbitrations. LRG founding partner Robb Helt has been named as President of Alpha Legal Solutions.
