Orange Blossom Oil: This is the es- sence from white blossoms of the bitter orange tree. Some of its properties are antidepressant, aphrodisiac, antiseptic, antispasmodic, deodorant, digestive aid, sedative and tonic. Its uses can be for depression, diarrhea (chronic) hysteria, insomnia, nervous tension, palpitations, shock and skin care.


Patchouli: Its properties include antide- pressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, seda- tive, and tonic (creates vigor). Its uses include anxiety, depression, skin care and wounds.


Rose: A few of its properties include antidepressant, antiphlogistic (reduces inflammation), hepatic (helps the liver), laxative, splenetic (helps the spleen), tonic for heart, stomach and uterus. Its uses include conjunctivitis, constipa- tion, depression, frigidity, impotence, insomnia, irregular menstruation, nau- sea, nervous tension and vomiting.


Ylang-Ylang: Its properties include antidepressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, hypotensor (lowers blood pressure) and sedative. Its uses include depres- sion frigidity, hyperpnoea, hyperten- sion, impotence, insomnia, nervous tension, palpitations and skin care. Cultivated in Java, Sumatra and Mada- gascar, do not confused it with canaga oil, an inferior product.
