• Create a user account if you have not done so. If you have a Safe Sanctuaries account that was created since August 2012, you can use that one. Safe Sanctuaries and Camping use the same user accounts.


• To create a strong password, you must use both upper and lower case letters, add a number and use a special character: #!*@% etc.


• You must have an email address to create an account.


• If you registered last year, your family’s health form(s) have been stored in your user account. You will simply need to open it and verify the information is correct in the new registration.


• Once the account is created and/ or you are logged in, you will choose the yellow button that says “SignUp! View the Events Catalog to Select an Event”. Counselors will choose the orange button that says “Counselors Register HERE!”


• Once in the selected registration, remember to fi ll out all required fi elds. If you have missed something, the system will tell you in BOLD BLUE on the right side of the screen. You will not be able to pay or confi rm your registration until those fi elds are complete.


• Have your health information ready when registering. You will need the insurance information, doctors name and phone number, Date of the Last Tetanus shot, know if your child’s immunizations are up-to-date, medications and need to be able to answer yes or no questions about the child’s health.


• Once registration is submitted, you will receive an email. When payment from PayPal or your check is received, you will receive a confi rmation email and then a confi rmation letter in the mail.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR MISSOURI UNITED METHODIST CAMPS Registration opens


December 1st, 2013. Register ONLINE AND COMPLETE PAYMENT by April 30th, 2014 and receive a $25 Early Bird discount and receive the online registration discount. Early Bird discounts do not apply to Adult Retreats, only to the Summer Camp Program. Early Bird dscounts can only be applied when full payment is received via credit card or check to the conference offi ce by April 30th. Payments received after April 30th will not receive the early bird discount. All paper and phone registrations are an additional $25.


Please register early as events fi ll up quickly.

Register by event number and event name. The grade level of the event corresponds to the grade that the camper will be entering in the fall of 2014. Please remember to include all campers’ shirt sizes.


It is required that a health form and registration form be fi lled out for every camper (parent and/or child) registering for camp. We have a separate registration/health form for adults. This is required at time of registration.


Please be sure to include full church name. If mailing in a registration, just fi ll in the church name and city.

• Credit cards transactions thru PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account.. When given the option, just choose to continue as a guest.


• Checks can be mailed for online registrations. Your registration will be put on a “hold” status for 9 days for us to receive the check. If not received in 9 days, the registration will be put in an “initialized” status and they will not be guaranteed their place in camp.


Mail, fax and phone registrations are $25 more than online registrations.
