Golden Sun Chiropractic Wins Quality Award

D Dr. Una Forde

r. Una Forde and her clinic, Golden Sun Chiropractic Wellness Center (GSCWC), in St. Louis Park, were recently honored with Integrity Management’s prestigious Five-Star Quality Service Award. The Five-Star Quality Service Award was developed by Integrity Management to promote and publicize superior chiropractic clinics that excel in patient treatment, customer service and professionalism. To qualify for the award, clinics must go through an extensive examination and are graded on

factors such as punctuality, patient communication, up-to-date equipment, the quality of services provided and patient satisfaction. The Five-Star Quality Service Award is a uniform grading system to rate quality

in chiropractic clinics across the country. Just as five-star hotels are synonymous with quality service, five-star clinics ensure patients will receive quality care. “The Five-Star Quality Service Award is a great honor,” says Integrity Management’s

CEO Keith Maule. “We use very strict criteria to qualify for this award and GSCWC excelled in every area. They are a great example of quality chiropractic care.” Forde says, “My goal has always been to provide the patient with the care they need for a pain-free, functional life within in a warm, caring environment.” Forde, who has been a chiropractor for more than 20 years, also offers kinesiology, acupuncture and craniosacral therapy.
