Anne Arundel Trail to Honor Phil & Alice Dibben

Recreation and Parks will offi cially name a trail system in honor of Phil and Alice Dibben with the unveiling of a new trailhead sign at the Lake Shore Athletic Complex. Phil Dibbens passed away in 2008. T e Dibbens, owners of Sandhill T oroughbred Farm, established the Pasadena Horse and


Pony Association in 1995 in order to create and promote interest in horses, horsemanship and trail riding. A 501(c) (4) organization, PHPA organizes activities such as Horse Appreciation Day (an annual event open to the public which draws 600-800 visitors), clinics,
