Maryland riders Jaime Navarro and Valerie Ormond travelled to Utah and Arizona participating in the Red Rock Ride in September. During the seven-day adventure they rode horses through the spectacular scenery of Mount Zion, Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, T under Mountain, and Paria Canyon, Utah. On the fi nal day they became Grand Canyon Master Muleteers on their fi rst mule experiences descending the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Navarro and Ormond gave the ride rave reviews and called it the trip of a lifetime. “We would recommend the Red Rock Ride to anyone; we were well taken care of and the animals were superb.” T e Red Rock Ride is so popular the couple had to book 18 months in advance, and the trips for 2014 are sold out. So plan ahead!
