DUELI Deakin University English Language Institute (DUELI) is one of Australia’s leading university English language centres and has been offering full-time intensive English language programs to international students since 1998. DUELI has a strong reputation for preparing students for entry to award


and study abroad courses at Deakin and for diploma and foundation studies programs at MIBT. There are a range of English Language programs from elementary to advanced levels to prepare students for entry into university courses. DUELI also offer programs to students who wish to develop their English skills for their own personal and professional development.


MIBT Pathway Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology (MIBT) provides an excellent pathway to Deakin for students who do not meet the admission requirements for Deakin University’s courses, or who need to bridge the gap between previous study and university. Students who do not meet admission requirements for Deakin University may be offered a place at MIBT. Students who successfully complete an MIBT diploma or Certificate IV Foundation Studies program will be eligible for direct entry into a Deakin University undergraduate program upon meeting conditions. Conveniently located on Deakin’s Melbourne Burwood Campus, Geelong Waterfront Campus and Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus, students have full access to campus facilities and services.
