Flats proposal AN OUTLINE application has been submitted to build eight one-bed flats in a four-storey building at 2 Brunswick Street, Maidstone. Planning consent has previ-

ously been granted for eight flats, including two in the base- ment, but this has now elapsed. All eight homes would, ac- cording to Mr T Dobraszczyk’s supporting statement, front Brunswick Street to reinforce “the existing ribbon-style de- velopment of the remainder of the street and the surrounding roads.”

Maidstone Council will de- termine the planning applica- tion.
