From1July2013theLVTnolonger exists.ItisnowcalledtheFirst Tier Tribunal (PropertyChamber)but its functionsandadministrationremain thesame.Various otherbodies(the LandRegistryAdjudicatorandthe Agricultural LandTribunals) are alsoabolishedandtheir roles formpartofthenew Tribunal.
