Agape Table | $9,500
Agape Table for Kids is a program for preschoolers and their families. Each of the 15 families enrolled receives enough food to provide complete weekly nutrition for each preschooler in the program.
Inner City Youth Alive | $9,288
Inner City Youth Alive’s Meals for Kids program focuses on providing nutritious, well-balanced meals to approximately 185 children who participate in weekly evening and summer programming.
Lord Roberts Community Club (City of Winnipeg) | $3,882
Lord Roberts Community Club’s After-School Nutrition is a brand new program where children will enjoy a healthy snack every day and have the opportunity to participate in cooking classes.
MacDonald Youth Services | $10,000 MacDonald Youth Services is starting a monthly cooking class to help youth participants develop cooking, cleaning and budgeting skills. It will also provide nutritional snacks throughout the school year to participants attending the drop-in.
Ndinawemaaganag Endaawaad | $6,500
Nidinawe’s Youth Resource Centre provides youth with opportunities to develop basic life skills through hands-on experience in planning and preparing healthy, nutritious meals. It supports approximately 60 youth daily with dinner and snacks.
