CAMSAT introduces new digital video
wireless transmission unit CAMSAT, manufacturer of a wide range analogue and digital audio & video wireless transmission systems, announces new digital wireless audio/video transmission system CDS5021 (STR). A device that already, though not as advanced version was offered by the company, has been enriched with an additional controller signifi cantly improving its operation. Thanks to the additional driver the user can manually select the frequency at which the device operates and disable the feedback between the transmitter and receiver. It is a kind of paradox which is the negation of the function DFS (dynamic frequency search) theoreti- cally required by the installers, characteristic for digital devices. The possibility of channel selection and no emission of signal at the receiving end, on installs where there are multiple devices for wireless transmission of video, allows you to eliminate potential interference between kits which could adversely affect the quality of the transmitted image.

Thinking Space develops new
improved aluminium build system Control room furniture manufacturer Thinking Space Systems have designed and launched an aluminium build structure, the Core Assembly System, which will now form the backbone of all their technical furniture solutions. The new aluminium extrusion range which is developed in-house replaces the existing TSS aluminium build system created
by Thinking Space’s Managing Director Wayne Palmer, some 10 years ago when the company was formed. The engineering methodology and materials used in Thinking Space’s furniture sets them apart from other furniture manufacturers and products on the market today, as it allows for maximum fl exibility when designing bespoke solutions. The key benefi ts of the Core Assembly System for clients is that the new extrusions are larger and up to 50 per cent heavier, offering furniture solutions with greater strength and support. In fact, it will offer such stability that furniture will be able to support the weight of one or two humans. Tel. +44(0)1794-516633 •
