By bike Cycling is a great way to explore the area. It’s easy to hire if you haven’t got your bike with you and there’s plenty of places to park them. National Cycle Network Route 2 runs right through Worthing and Shoreham-by-Sea. If you’re looking for something a bit more energetic, the South Downs are right on the doorstep offering the South Downs Way, Downs Link and the Centurion Way.
