Go to the ‘Where to Stay’ section at
www.visitworthing.co.uk to check availability or contact the VisitWorthing Information Centre for help in finding the right accommodation for you.
Accessible Accommodation Some establishments may be suitable for people with limited mobility, but are not assessed to the National Accessible Scheme standards. We indicate those that may be suitable with an A but you should always discuss any special requirements with the establishment when making your booking.
Complaints and Compliments The best way to get any problems or complaints resolved is to talk to the manager of the establishment - at the time! This gives them the chance to put things right and make sure you have an enjoyable stay. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved you should contact the appropriate Quality Assessment Organisation (AA or Quality in Tourism) and send a copy of the complaint to the Tourism Department of Adur & Worthing Councils for our information.
Adur & Worthing Councils and the VisitWorthing Information Centre have no statutory authority over establishments and are unable to get involved in legal or contractual issues, or give legal advice.
