of our lives we often lose touch with our deepest truths, which can bring us health, abundance and joy. “This disconnection can cause disease at many levels: physical illness, emotional suffering, relationship problems and struggles with work,” she says, ex- plaining that rather than seeing these problems separately, we should view them holistically: “Behind these symp- toms there is often a deep longing to express our true selves, a longing that’s been limited through trauma or limit- ing beliefs.” She notes that for women, especially, cultural conditioning can inhibit the honoring of true self, which is a “profoundly transformative” experi- ence. “This takes curiosity, patience and courage,” she says, “but it is well worth the journey. At Rock and Pine, Bodeau uses Reiki and crystal healing, spiritual guid- ance, intuitive counseling and ritual to help clients explore and release imbalance in their lives. “There are in- numerable tools available for restoring a natural state of well-being,” she says. “Because each person is unique, it’s important that individuals guide their own process. It just takes one step, that first ‘yes’ to yourself, to begin a journey that will change your life forever.”
