Last month, I asked the Minister with responsiblity for the Government's proposals on a new


employment role, known as 'Shares for Rights'. It


involves taking on a job, along with a sum of shares whilst giving up a number of rights at work.


Despite objections from a wide range of organisations, the Government pushed through the proposal which will come into force in Autumn this year.
