here a wonderful experience. They also have a lunch menu which includes salads and sandwiches. I found delicious one-of-a-kind dishes, a nice beverage list, friendly and en- joyable wait staff in a warm and eclectic at- mosphere. How I would love to see a jewel of restaurant like Provisions here in my neck of the woods. But I believe it is in the perfect lo- cation – paradise!

While in Florida, I also visited a great eat-
ing establishment called the Sunset Coastal Grill , located on St. Joseph Bay in Port St. Joe. I loved it so much I had to revisit them several times during my stay. I tried their ver-
sion of shrimp and grits ($22.95) and found it to be deli- cious. Shrimp with fried cheese grit cakes with a mous- seline sauce over the whole plate – I was in heaven! Now let me tell you, I am harsh judge when it comes to shrimp and grits and this dish definitely passed muster with me. On a second visit I had “The Sunset” – a piece of Golden Tilefish dressed with pecan lime butter and

blue crab. ($23.95) The oysters ($10.95) were so tender and
delicately flavored I was ready to put my house on the market and move down to Florida. I was also surprised by the number of complimentary remarks concerning the house salad ($4.50/$6) we each had with our meals. Normally the salad doesn’t get much atten- tion, however these were such the perfect combination of baby greens and toppings that we couldn’t help but notice. The food was excellent and the staff was so
helpful in making selections and making sure we had access to everything we needed, in- cluding unlocking the back door for me so I could run outside every few minutes to get photos of the breathtaking sunset. Everyone needs to experience a sunset and dinner from this charming restaurant.
