While spending a few weeks on the gulf


coast of Florida, I found several reviews on Provisions, a small bistro in the historical downtown section of Port St. Joe. Although they have several seafood entrees on the menu, I decided to step away from traditional coastal offerings for a bit and have their Shrimp Carbonara. Others at my table opted for the Betty Spaghetti – a marinara sauce with Angus beef that is apparently a family recipe. All their food is made fresh and their staff is helpful and friendly, making dinner
