The appointment of Dryad’s first commercial director marks the next phase of the agency’s expansion which is poised to secure new global clients in 2013. • Managing partner at Moore Blatch David Thompson has been included in The Lawyer Hot 100. Thompson has been managing partner for the past seven years, a time of growth and expansion for Moore Blatch. The Hot 100 follows months of research into candidates’ client work and contribution to their firms and the profession. He has been included for his work overseeing revenue growth of 44% from £13.5 million to £19.5m which The Lawyer said was no mean feat at any time, let alone during a recession. This is largely because of the growth of the PI and clinical negligence departments, which Thompson separated from litigation after he became head of the department.
